Thanks for the post – I’m watching your presentation on narconferencelive.com from Berkeley CA and typed in your web site to find out more information.

I LOVE my iPad, and use it when it’s the right tool for the job.

And my 15″ Mac Book Pro is best when that laptop is the right tool for the job.

I think I’ve come up with an easy way to tell which is best. If your work is best done using a mouse (i.e. editing documents), then the laptop is the right tool.

If you spend time with buyers and sellers showing them homes and giving presentations, then the iPad is the right tool.

Here’s how I’ve been using the iPad

Hi there,
Thanks for the info on the ipad. Please can you give me your opinion on what is the best phone for real estate. i want to be able to access MLS and do email. I cannot figure out which is best, some Blackberry model or the iphone??? Your help would be so very appreciated.
Also, would you recommend one of those baby laptops for when I’m on the road, like out with clients and they ask about a house that i have no information on? I don’t want to be a dinosaur….need some help. have been an agent for 16 years.
